Gimana Cara Seduhnya?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Terkadang kita masuk kedalam satu periode jenuh akan kopi light roast, kita sebetulnya bisa seduh berbagai macam profil sangrai dengan metode pourover, namun harus menemukan cara eksekusi yang enak! kopi <strong>dark roast<\/strong> agar enak dan tidak terlalu pahit, perlu penyesuaian parameter seduh yang tepat. Prinsip utamanya adalah <strong>mengurangi ekstraksi berlebihan<\/strong> karena biji dark roast lebih rapuh, mudah terekstrak, dan cenderung mengeluarkan rasa pahit jika over-extracted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.pannacoffee.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/74F4A096-15AC-4220-8A3C-658FA4734486-1-683x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3299\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parameter Brewing yang Direkomendasikan:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grind Size (Ukuran Gilingan)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gunakan <strong>gilingan lebih kasar<\/strong> (medium coarse).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Alasan<\/em>: Dark roast lebih porous (berpori) sehingga air mengalir lebih cepat. Gilingan kasar memperlambat ekstraksi dan mengurangi risiko rasa pahit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Water Temperature (Suhu Air)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rendah!<\/strong> Gunakan suhu <strong>85\u201388\u00b0C<\/strong> (baiknya hindari suhu yang lebih dari 90\u00b0C+).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Alasan<\/em>: Suhu tinggi mempercepat ekstraksi senyawa pahit pada dark roast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brew Ratio (Rasio Seduh)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pilih <strong>ratio pendek<\/strong> (1:12 hingga 1:14).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Kenapa tidak pakai ratio panjang (1:17)?<\/em><br>Ratio panjang (misal 1:17) membutuhkan waktu seduh lebih lama, sehingga ekstraksi berlebihan \u2192 rasa pahit &amp; asap. Ratio pendek menghasilkan kopi lebih &#8220;bold&#8221; tanpa meningkatkan pahit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brew Time (Waktu Seduh)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lebih singkat!<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Pour Over\/V60<\/em>: Target <strong>2:00 menit<\/strong> (total).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>French Press<\/em>: <strong>3  menit<\/strong> (disarankan jangan lebih).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Espresso<\/em>: <strong>20\u201325 detik<\/strong> (dengan yield rendah, misal 1:1.5 atau 1:2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Teknik Pouring (Untuk Pour Over)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gunakan <strong>aliran air pelan<\/strong> dan <strong>putaran stabil<\/strong>, gunakan juga teknik <strong>continous pouring<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hindari <em>aggressive pouring<\/em> yang mengaduk bubuk kopi berlebihan (memicu over-extraction).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips Tambahan:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Air Berkualitas<\/strong>: Gunakan air dengan mineral seimbang (max TDS 100 ppm). Air terlalu keras memperkuat rasa pahit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metode yang Cocok<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>French Press<\/strong>: Cocok untuk dark roast karena ekstraksi merata tanpa tekanan tinggi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AeroPress<\/strong> (suhu rendah + waktu pendek): Fleksibel untuk kontrol ekstraksi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moka Pot<\/strong>: Hasilkan crema tebal dengan rasa bold, tapi batasi waktu kontak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biji Segar<\/strong>: Dark roast lebih cepat <em>stale<\/em>.
